For in-stock rings: if she does not love it after the proposal, return it within 14 days in original condition for full store credit toward another ring. Custom rings are final sale - we finalize every detail with you before we start so there are no surprises.

How does the Proposal Guarantee work?

If she says no, we will buy the ring back. You must propose within 30 days, provide simple proof (a short video or clear photos), return the ring in like-new condition, and our normal restocking fee applies. This covers both in-stock and custom rings.
